The piece was designed around expressive line work, exaggerated anatomy, and strong shape language to capture the animal's aggression and raw energy. By limiting the palette and using large areas of negative space, I focused on creating a composition that would remain visually striking without relying on detailed rendering or complex colour.

The simplified forms and exaggerated features give the coyote a graphic, almost poster-like quality, while the hand-drawn line work keeps the image feeling energetic and organic. This project was an exploration of how minimal colour, silhouette, and expressive anatomy can be used to create a strong visual impact.
